We build digital products for a changing world. Four directions: — Business in new models (AI) — Digital communications — Services for changing markets — Aggregators and comparison platforms

We have a team of 18 people. Over 3,000 clients use our products monthly, with 5,000+ user transactions per month.

We are looking for a hands-on engineer who will start with the company's operational circuit and then grow with it. This is a role with a trajectory, not a fixed list of tasks.

Where you'll start

• Automation of internal processes: salary calculation, financial reporting, reconciliations, routine operations • Operational dashboards with key metrics for management • AI tools for teams: support assistants, request processing, knowledge base search • Analysis of existing processes, identification of bottlenecks, and their simplification

We have a portfolio of directions that grows and changes depending on what works and delivers real results. Your role will grow along with it:

• Integration of AI into the entire company structure — from operations to products across all four directions • Participation in the development of new products and launch of new projects from the very beginning — from hypothesis testing to scaling • Formation of the company's AI strategy and development of the technical direction — with the possibility of leading it

We expect candidates to have:

• Realized automation projects with concrete results and experience in configuring AI agents performing work functions — we will ask you to show and tell • Practical experience with modern LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) not at the chat level, but at the integration level: APIs, agents, pipelines • Solid technical background: scripts (Python/JS), API integrations, databases, no-code/low-code (n8n, Make, Zapier — anything you've actually used). Development skills are a big advantage • Work experience in a company for 3+ years — you understand how real processes work and can talk to people, not just code. You know how to choose something simple that works over something complex that impresses • Confidence in uncertainty: you maintain focus on results even when the external environment changes • A long-term commitment: we need an in-house employee with full focus, ready to take on both large-scale and routine tasks

Conditions
