We are a product company specializing in the development of our own solutions in the payment industry. During our operation, we have established ourselves as a reliable market player. We are looking for a Sales Manager/BDM who will be responsible for finding and attracting new clients worldwide.
Our expectations: — Experience in B2B sales in fintech and antifraud/risk solutions; — Understanding of how the payments and antifraud market works; — Ability to build a sales funnel from scratch independently; — You are not afraid of cold outreach and can close deals; — Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain focus on results; — Rejections do not stop you, but only spur you on; — English — from B2 (significant international communication); — A plus: experience selling technically complex products or working with a long deal cycle.
Key tasks: — Search and attract new clients: processing centers, payment companies, banks, fintech, e-commerce, and marketplaces; — Work with outreach: LinkedIn, email, messengers — find an approach to different markets; — Manage the full deal cycle: from the first contact to signing the contract; — Analyze the market, find growth points and new segments; — Transfer clients to the account team and product for onboarding and integration; — Make data-driven decisions: analysis of the sales funnel and metrics; — Prepare reports and insights on the pipeline.
