Sales Manager

Company: International high-risk consulting (FinTech, Payments, Crypto, corporate structuring). We’re looking for a Sales Manager with hands-on experience selling international B2B services in FinTech, Crypto, iGaming, payment infrastructure.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Sell financial and crypto licenses (EMI, PI, CASP/VASP, MSB), iGaming licenses, and international company incorporation services.
• Offer solutions for opening corporate bank and merchant accounts, acquiring, and payment services.
• Work with international clients across FinTech, Crypto/Web3, iGaming, PSP, and High-Risk industries.
• Lead negotiations with founders, business owners, and C-level executives - from lead qualification to contract signing and payment.

🔹 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct sales experience in at least one relevant area: licensing, Corporate Services, banking/merchant accounts, PSP, acquiring, or payment solutions.
• Understanding of international B2B sales and basic KYC/KYB/AML processes.
• Ability to independently manage negotiations and close deals.
• Experience working with international clients and English proficiency sufficient for business negotiations and correspondence.

Nice to have: An established network in FinTech / Crypto / iGaming, experience generating leads independently, and a track record of closing high-value deals with longer sales cycles.
