Hi! I'm Misha, a Finance Business Partner, responsible for strategic finance and optimal financial resource allocation at Profi.ru. I lead the Financial Planning&Analysis and Compensation&Benefits teams.

My team helps the company maintain financial stability in any conditions, deeply understand operational results, and make management decisions – from monthly budgets to major investment forks. We also challenge the models and budgets of all companies in the Eruditor Group holding (Profi.ru, Zoon, Ruki), help them define financial priorities, and consolidate and present the holding's results to shareholders.

We are now looking for a middle-level Financial Analyst who will take ownership of operational models and forecasting, and interact with marketing, product, and other teams. We expect that in 1-2 years, you will be leading all the company's financial analytics.

What You'll Be Doing

In the first three months:

• Immerse yourself in the Profi.ru business: understand the connections between product and marketing metrics and financial results. Regularly participate in meetings with product, marketing, support, financial controlling, and other teams.
• Take responsibility for data preparation and calculations for key operational financial models and forecasts, including the use of AI.
• Explore the possibilities of neural networks and AI agents, and start applying them in your work with company data.

Once you're settled in:

• Develop the company's operational financial analytics considering its priorities and strategy, independently lead key FP&A meetings.
• Help make tactical decisions and recommend strategic ones – based on financial models and forecasts.
• Maintain budget models, create and develop financial and operational analytical models, including those for external users (investors, banks, auditors, etc.).
• Help assess the attractiveness of the company's marketing and product projects (impact on profit, cash flow, capitalization, etc.). For example, a change in the business model or a shift in marketing focus from one geographical region to another.
• Work closely with business teams, assisting them with financial issues and analytics. Share the company's financial results with Profi.ru employees through posts or presentations.
• Over time, you will start to connect product and marketing analytics through a financial lens – understand how operational metrics translate into revenue and profit, and draw conclusions. The goal is to understand the company's financial performance deeper than anyone else.

What You Need to Join Us

• Excellent financial, mathematical, and analytical skills. Ability to read financial statements, calculate profitability, EBITDA, FCF, DCF, ROI, NPV, etc. You can find patterns and draw clear conclusions from calculations.
• Relevant financial and analytical experience – from two years. Ideally, you have experience in consulting and/or an IT company.
• Interest in AI – it's important not just to know about the tools, but to understand where they can simplify work and gradually implement them.
• High responsibility, ability to manage expectations and deadlines, and find common ground with different people.
• Sincere love for Excel, supported by strong knowledge and skills. Experience with Tableau, Metabase, SQL, Python is a plus, but not required.
• Readiness to work in a rapidly changing environment and, at times, in an intensive mode. We don't know what will happen with the macroeconomics in the coming months and years. You need to keep your finger on the pulse and be able to quickly engage in developing different scenarios.
