Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the preparation of regular releases about achievements and changes in format, covering news pegs at the federal and regional levels;
- Selecting a pool of PR agencies, conducting tenders, leading contract signing;
- Monitoring the company's media index, achieving leading positions by media index (MI);
- Gathering news pegs, initiating interviews, press releases, tracking publications;
- Daily monitoring of blogger publications – reach, number of posts, communication with key bloggers – regularly searching for new platforms and brands for cooperation and collaborations, agreeing on joint projects and monitoring their implementation;
- Participating in the development of the ESG agenda and its coverage;
- Collecting factual material and preparing competition cases (E+, Silver Mercury, etc.);
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the line manager and format management.
What's important to us:
- Higher education (Marketing and Advertising);
- At least 3 years of PR experience in major market players (Retail, FMCG, FinTech, e-commerce, Advertising Agencies).
- Established relationships with publications, media, public pages, influencers;
- Experience in preparing industry cases will be a big plus;
- Skills for fast, high-quality text creation/editing, fluent speech, creativity, and an unconventional approach to problem-solving.
