Head of PSP

Requirements: Experience in fintech or PSP for 2+ years in a leadership position. English from B2 level. Skills in conducting international negotiations. Experience in managing a team of up to 10 people. Ability to build partnerships with banks and payment providers. Experience in integrating payment solutions. Responsibilities: Management of the PSP department. Negotiations and contract conclusion with partners. Search and integration of payment gateways. Monitoring KPIs and work efficiency. Interaction with internal teams. Business trips.
