Product Manager (Mobile Games)

Cleverside is an international mobile product company based in Cyprus, with a growing team of 50+ people. Since 2019, we’ve been creating mobile games, our portfolio features 15+ mobile games across iOS, Android, and the Amazon Appstore, reaching 265 million installs. Our games engage players, challenge their thinking, and create memorable experiences. We leverage data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform and grow.

We're looking for Product manager / Product Owner.

What we expect:

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in GameDev (HOG/Puzzles genres and participation in projects with high traffic will be a big plus);
• Strong experience with hybrid monetization models (ads + in-app) in mobile apps;
• Real contribution to product improvement and proven success in driving impactful changes (increasing DAU/MAU, revenue, retention, etc.);
• Experience in building and developing projects from scratch;
• Systematic experience conducting A/B tests and working with analytical systems;
• Knowledge of general game balance and difficulty curve construction;
• Understanding of key product metrics and financial aspects how to use them for performance analysis and decision-making.

What you’ll do:

• Take full ownership of product area, driving from ideation through to measurable results;
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize product to systematically improve key metrics, performance, and stability based on data and user feedback;
• Adapt the product to market needs and user expectations;
• Prioritize features and evaluate their potential impact on product performance;
• Analyze released features, comparing actual results with forecasts;
• Design, run, and scale A/B tests to optimize both new and existing functionality;
