Together with the team, we create bionic hand prostheses - products that help people be themselves, regardless of limitations.

We are now looking for a product person (product manager) who is ready to take matters into their own hands: find opportunities for growth, launch new features, solve problems with the team "on the ground" - and see a real and tangible result in the metrics.

If you want to create movement, test hypotheses, manage product development from zero to release - we are definitely on the same path.

What you will be doing:

• Manage product strategy and product development.
• Conduct research, analyze data, test hypotheses, manage development priorities.
• Interact with engineers, production, sales, marketing, and medical experts.
• Ensure business metrics.

What's important:

• At least 3 years of experience as a product manager.
• Knowledge of the full product cycle: from research and development to market launch.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and balancing technical, user, and business requirements.
• An analytical approach to hypothesis testing.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in MedTech with engineering products, financial modeling skills.
• Understanding of the specifics and experience working with various sales channels: B2B, B2C, B2G.
• Sufficient knowledge of the English language for work.
