Middle/Senior Product Owner [Care for the Elderly, MTS Web Services]

We are building a digital solution for families with senior relatives.
Our mission is to enable elderly people to live at home more safely and comfortably, and for their loved ones to feel calm and confident.
The product is based on intelligent care scenarios powered by artificial intelligence algorithms.
We are looking for a Product Owner who will take on the development of key user scenarios and make the product truly indispensable for families and partners (retirement homes, patronage services, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Form the vision and product development strategy for the "Care for the Elderly" product on a 6–18 month horizon;
- Form and maintain the product roadmap, with a focus on B2C scenarios;
- Translate business goals into clear product hypotheses, features, and metrics;
- Conduct user interviews: elderly people, their relatives, professional caregivers, retirement home coordinators;
- Formalize insights: JTBD, empathy maps, CJM, user personas;
- Make data and research-driven decisions: which tasks to take on and which to postpone;
- Manage the backlog and development;
- Maintain a transparent and prioritized backlog (AI+AgeTech Platform);
- Formulate requirements: user stories, acceptance criteria, UX flows;
- Plan sprints together with the CTO and UX;
- Accept the team's work results: hypothesis validation, implementation quality, alignment with business and user needs;
- Define product metrics: activation, retention, MAU, family engagement, incident response time, NPS;
- Set analytics requirements (product events, dashboards);
- Analyze funnels, identify bottlenecks, and initiate improvements.
Requirements
- Experience launching a product from scratch (0→1) or launching MVPs;
- Experience in AgeTech / CareTech / HealthTech;
- 2–3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in digital products (B2C or B2B2C);
- Ability to conduct product discovery: interviews, hypothesis formulation, prioritization, decision-making;
- Practical experience with mobile products (iOS/Android): implementing new features, improving metrics, working with analytics;
- Understanding of customer service basics and/or MedTech/telemedicine/IoT/smart home will be a big plus;
- Ability to balance user needs with business goals;
- Ability to break down a complex domain (elderly care) into scenarios, metrics, and tasks;
- Willingness to work with uncertainty, quickly test hypotheses, and acknowledge mistakes;
- Ability to negotiate, argue a point, but not "push at any cost";
- Take responsibility for the result, not just for "your own tasks";
- Knowledge of basic approaches to AI/ML products or working with data for personalization;
- Experience working with international markets or an English-speaking audience.
