PR Manager (KION, KION Lines)
Job Description
KION Lines is a book service where you can read books and comics, and listen to audiobooks and podcasts. The editorial team of its own publishing house publishes original content from popular authors that is not available on other services. It's also a convenient app that's always at hand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the PR strategy for the direction;
- Prepare materials for the media about new title releases from the publishing house, "KION Lines" special projects, analytical data, and other product launches;
- Generate news hooks and pitch them to journalists and Telegram channel authors;
- Work with creativity: participate in the creation of creative concepts within the team, brainstorm collaborations and unusual formats together;
- Together with the team, brainstorm and plan non-standard resonant news hooks;
- Systematically work with the "Lines" publishing house: interact with authors and editors;
- Regularly send books from the publishing house to literary awards, as well as to literary critics;
- Plan the participation of product speakers in external events.
What we expect
- At least 1.5 years of experience in the book industry;
- At least 2 years of experience in PR;
- A loyal pool of contacts in key media and Telegram channels.
