☑️ Responsibilities
- administration of PostgreSQL / SQL DBMS within the 1C environment
- deployment, maintenance, and optimization of 1C clusters
- performance analysis: identifying bottlenecks in the database, detecting infrastructure issues, preparing technical conclusions and recommendations for 1C developers
- configuring backup, fault tolerance, updates, and migrations
- preparing test environments, participating in risk assessment for loading enhancements
- interaction with the 1C architect / lead developer, analysts
- participation in developing technical regulations

- mitigating infrastructure risks for development
- a foundation for scaling without loss of quality

- ability to translate technical problems into understandable recommendations
- focus on problem prevention
- ability to work in a team with developers and analysts
- practical experience in administering PostgreSQL and/or SQL Server
- experience with 1C in a server environment
- understanding of 1C cluster architecture and the interaction between 1C and DBMS
- ability to diagnose performance issues
- Bonus points:
- Linux administration knowledge is desirable
- experience with high-load accounting systems (ERP, accounting, warehouse)
- You are a good fit if you have experience in positions such as: 1C Database Administrator, System Administrator, 1C Administrator
