Affiliate Manager

💥 Swipey is hiring an Affiliate Manager

📍 Limassol, Cyprus — on-site 🚀 Swipey is an AI companion platform — a fast-growing B2C subscription & credits product in the adult vertical.

💡 What you’ll do: • Own the affiliate channel end to end — source, recruit, negotiate and scale partners • Work with affiliate networks, media buyers, traffic/content sites, SEO, social/UGC, email & push partners • Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals, rates, caps, geos and test budgets • Onboard partners and manage tracking, postbacks, creatives and first traffic tests • Grow existing accounts through new geos, placements, creatives and commercial terms • Track partner performance based on real revenue: FTD, LTV, D7/D30/D60/D90 payback, rebills, churn and ROAS • Monitor traffic quality, fraud, chargebacks and attribution discrepancies • Own Everflow setup, reporting and partner payouts together with finance

🎯** What we’re looking for:** • 2+ years in affiliate/partner management on the advertiser or network side • Proven experience personally sourcing, closing and scaling affiliates • Strong understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models • Strong analytical skills — cohort analysis, LTV/CAC, payback curves, Excel/Google Sheets • Hands-on experience with Everflow, Affise, Tune/HasOffers, Cake, RedTrack, Voluum or similar • Experience with Tier-1 markets: US, Canada, UK, Australia • Existing affiliate/media buyer network • Fluent English and strong negotiation skills

➕ Adult/NSFW, dating, gaming/iGaming or subscription B2C experience is a big plus.

🏢 Full-time, office-based in Limassol. Candidates should already be in Cyprus or be ready to relocate.
