Assisteca agency is looking for an experienced (3+ years) personal assistant for a major Russian artist.

Responsibilities:

— Organization of complex travel logistics: flights, trains, private aviation, hotels, villas, yachts, transfers, security, and accompaniment — Resolution of household and lifestyle issues: medical services, staff, repairs, restaurants, events, gifts, and other personal requests — Turnkey organization of non-standard events and services — Search and attraction of necessary specialists and contractors through a personal network of contacts — Work with contracts, payments, accounting, and legal matters — Monitoring the execution of agreements and bringing tasks to completion — Ensuring complete confidentiality of information and compliance with NDA terms

Candidate Requirements:

— Personal assistant experience of 3+ years, preferably with public figures or artists — Experience in organizing complex travel logistics and working with VIP services — Established professional network — Independence, systematic approach, and ability to make decisions without constant supervision — Negotiation skills and readiness to interact promptly with unfamiliar people — English language proficiency - B1 level and above — Attention to detail when working with documents and finances — Readiness for non-standard working hours and high availability — Rational approach to health matters and decision-making

Conditions:

— Employment under a Civil Law Contract (GPH) — Remote work format with possible travel within Moscow; accompanying the artist on tours is not provided
