Full Stack Team Lead (AI PDLC)
Experience: Team/Tech Lead from 2 years, Python development from 2 years

SberZdorovye is an accredited IT company, the largest Digital Health platform in Russia. The team is developing a new mobile application, a next-generation AI assistant, and a personalized risk profile platform.
☑️ Responsibilities
- Lead a cross-functional product development team (Backend, Frontend, Mobile, QA, Analysts)
- Together with the Product Manager, be responsible for the entire product lifecycle – from idea and research to industrial operation
- Design the architecture of modern AI Native products and make key technical decisions
- Organize the development process using modern engineering practices, including AI PDLC
- Implement AI Coding and modern AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and others)
- Organize a rapid cycle of research (R&D), prototyping, and product hypothesis validation
- Ensure the quality of engineering solutions, manage technical debt and product architecture development
- Develop the team's engineering culture, participate in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineers
☑️ Our requirements for candidates
- Team/Tech Lead experience of 2+ years
- Experience managing a cross-functional product development team
- Python development experience of 2+ years
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based agent solutions
- Full-Stack development experience with modern digital products
- Strong knowledge of backend development, API design, and modern frontend development
- Experience designing microservice architecture and high-load distributed systems
- Understanding of modern Observability, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps practices
- Experience working with modern LLMs and AI APIs
- Understanding of Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Tool Calling, MCP, RAG
