Junior Manual QA at ChatPlace
Junior Manual QA for the product team of a platform for creating AI chatbots. Manual testing of web functionality and integrations, working with test documentation, participation in Scrum.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing of new and existing functionality (web / integrations)
- Test user scenarios, boundary cases, negative scenarios
- Create and maintain: checklists, test documentation for new functionality
- Interact with developers, product managers, and designers
- Participate in Scrum processes: planning, dailies, reviews, retrospectives
- Work with tasks in Jira and documentation in Confluence
Requirements:
- 1+ years of commercial experience in QA, focusing on manual front-end and back-end testing
- Ability to write neat and clear test documentation
- Attention to detail and logic of user scenarios
- Ability to work calmly in a startup environment and with incomplete documentation
- Ability to ask questions and clarify requirements
- Responsible attitude towards quality and reproducibility of checks
- Team player and communicative
- Desire to grow in AI testing and a full-stack role with partial automation
