Sherpa AI Server – an innovative platform created for effective fine-tuning and utilization of large language models within a company's closed environment. This powerful system combines a vector document storage, offline model management, and support for various AI models.

Main Responsibilities of an RPA Developer:

• Analyzing business processes in collaboration with analysts and discussing automation options.
• Developing software robots on the Sherpa RPA platform to automate business processes.
• Integrating robots with corporate systems (1C, SAP, Outlook, web services, databases, APIs, etc.).
• Configuring and using AI components (Sherpa AI Server) to create intelligent assistants, process documents, and work with LLMs.
• Developing document processing scenarios using OCR and Template Builder.
• Testing, debugging, and optimizing developed solutions.
• Publishing and supporting robots in Sherpa Orchestrator, setting up schedules, and monitoring execution.
• Preparing technical documentation for developed solutions.
• Fixing bugs, developing existing robots, and participating in the support of implemented projects.
• Interacting with analysts, architects, and other developers within the project team.

What is important to us:

• Ability to work with REST API, JSON, Swagger.
• Experience with Git.
• Understanding of Sherpa RPA architecture (Designer, Assistant, Robot, Autopilot, AI Server, Orchestrator).
• Skills in publishing robots to Orchestrator and connecting them to interfaces.
• Experience integrating AI components (Sherpa AI Server, chats, assistants, API keys).
• Basic knowledge of OCR and Template Builder (creating templates, using the smart assistant).
• Understanding of RPA principles – simulating human actions in the interface.
• Ability to design interfaces for user interaction with AI assistants.
• Understanding of LLM fundamentals and the specifics of working with models in a closed corporate environment.
• Ability to think in end-to-end scenarios: UI → robot logic → AI response.
• Ability to optimize UX and visual communication in dialog interfaces.

Will be a plus:

• Experience creating or configuring AI assistants (e.g., in Sherpa AI Server, Autopilot, ChatGPT API, and similar).
• Knowledge of Python.
• Experience with Docker and microservice architecture.
