Sherpa Robotics is hiring for the position of RPA Developer

Sherpa Robotics is a leading Russian developer of RPA software products for medium and large businesses. The company has Skolkovo resident status and is accredited by the Ministry of Digital Development. We are growing rapidly, completing many client projects, and developing unique IT products that compete with global leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business processes together with analysts and discussing automation options.
- Developing software robots on the Sherpa RPA platform for business process automation.
- Integrating robots with corporate systems (1C, SAP, Outlook, web services, databases, APIs, etc.).
- Configuring and using AI components (Sherpa AI Server) to create intelligent assistants, process documents, and work with LLMs.
- Developing document processing scenarios using OCR and the Templater.
- Testing, debugging, and optimizing developed solutions.
- Publishing and maintaining robots in Sherpa Orchestrator, setting up schedules, and monitoring execution.
- Preparing technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Fixing bugs, enhancing existing robots, and participating in the support of implemented projects.
Candidate Requirements:
- Ability to work with REST API, JSON, Swagger.
- Experience with Git.
- Understanding of Sherpa RPA architecture (Designer, Assistant, Robot, Autopilot, AI Server, Orchestrator).
- Skills in publishing robots in Orchestrator and connecting them to interfaces.
- Experience integrating AI components (Sherpa AI Server, chatbots, assistants, API keys).
- Basic knowledge of OCR and Templater (template creation, using the smart assistant).
- Understanding of RPA principles – simulating human actions in the interface.
- Ability to design interfaces for user interaction with an AI assistant.
- Understanding of LLM basics and the specifics of working with models in a closed corporate environment.
- Ability to think in end-to-end scenarios: UI → robot logic → AI response.
- Ability to optimize UX and visual communication in conversational interfaces.
