Project Management
Responsibilities
- Resource Management: Coordinating the work of developers, testers, designers, system architects, and external contractors (hardware suppliers)
- Risk Identification: Identifying technical and organizational risks (e.g., issues with biometrics integration, NFC failures, legal requirements for data storage)
- Deadline Control: Monitoring task completion by sprints/stages, managing risks of missing deadlines (e.g., delays in equipment delivery or software certification)
- Quality Control: Organizing testing processes (Unit, Integration, System, UAT), controlling certification passage (FSTEC, FSB, Bank of Russia requirements for payment modules)
- Reporting: Regular reporting to management and the client on project status, budget, and key metrics (KPIs)
- Synchronization: Conducting regular team meetings. Acting as a liaison between business (sales department, marketing) and the technical team
- Change Management: Controlling the process of making changes to requirements, assessing their impact on deadlines and budget
- Pilot Launch: Organizing a test launch on a limited group of terminals, collecting feedback, fixing critical bugs
- Scaling: Planning the rollout of the solution to the terminal fleet, coordinating logistics and installation
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager / Head of Product Lines
- Experience with Jira, Confluence is a plus
- Ability to work with data and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in leading and implementing projects for the retail business
- Willingness to work full-time in the office (Oruzheynyy Pereulok, 41)
- Willingness to consider a fixed-term contract
