FD/RD Manager in Forex Project (lead processing, chat/correspondence) at Opticell traffic
We have launched a forex project with a stable flow of warm leads from our own traffic and are now looking for an experienced salesperson to handle FD/RD.
📌 Responsibilities:
- Processing incoming leads via correspondence and chatbot;
- Warming up and converting to first deposit (FD);
- CRM management: statuses, database, follow-up;
- Lead reactivation and retention (RD);
- Working according to scripts and funnel logic;
📌 Requirements:
- Forex experience is mandatory — we only consider candidates who have already processed forex leads. No forex experience will be considered;
- Understand the specifics of the vertical: deposits, trading, work with traders;
- Ability to warm up and convert to deposit, not just respond;
- Confident in using any CRM;
- Literate written communication, fast reaction time;
- Available during working hours, leads are not left unattended.
💰 Conditions:
- Fully remote, schedule: 09:00–18:00 UTC+8 (negotiable);
- Compensation: Fixed rate + % of deposits, combined from $1000 with no ceiling.
