RBC Management School** invites instructional designers and learning designers to develop a new line of MBA-format courses. We are looking for specialists who will help create practical, structured, and engaging educational programs for functional directors and management teams.
What you will do:
- Create and update asynchronous text lesson scenarios based on video, audio, and text materials.
- Structure expert content, highlight key points, and translate complex ideas into understandable and practical educational material.
- Adapt existing management materials for the audience of functional directors (HRD, CMO, COO, and other leaders).
- Independently research topics, find reliable sources, fact-check, and correctly cite references.
- Develop methodological support for lessons: exercises, mini-cases, tests, reflection questions, and practical assignments.
- Select and develop examples, situations, and tools related to the real tasks of managers.
- Identify content gaps, propose justified improvements, and prepare questions for subject matter experts.
- Refine materials based on feedback from the methodologist, editor, and expert.
- Comply with the technical requirements, deadlines, and the unified style of RBC Management School's educational materials.
What is important to us:
- At least two years of experience as an instructional designer, learning designer, or teacher with independent development of educational materials OR a strong relevant portfolio.
- Experience in creating lesson scenarios, courses, or other educational materials.
- Proficient written communication, a sense of style, and the ability to explain complex things in simple language.
- Ability to logically structure large amounts of information and build a coherent educational path.
- Ability to adapt material to a specific audience, their level, and work tasks.
- Understanding of how to maintain attention in asynchronous online learning through structure, examples, questions, and interactive mechanics.
- Skill in independent topic research, fact-checking, and working with sources.
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in a new subject area and see the connection between a functional topic and business tasks.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in developing educational programs for managers and management teams.
- Experience with MBA programs, corporate training, or business education.
- Understanding of the tasks of functional directors – HRD, CMO, COO, or heads of other business functions.
- Knowledge of learning design principles, andragogy, and e-learning design.
- Experience in creating asynchronous text lessons and practice-oriented assignments.
- Higher education in pedagogy, psychology, education, journalism, or related fields.
- A portfolio of launched lessons and courses, or case studies of significant educational product improvements.
- Experience working with subject matter experts.
- Ability to use AI tools for research and content development, with mandatory verification of results.
Conditions:
- Contract employment (GPH) for a project until the end of 2026. (With the possibility of extension as needed)
- 5/2 work schedule, 8 hours per day (from 10:00 AM Moscow time)
