Head of Institutional Sales

We are looking for a highly experienced Head of Institutional Sales to build Arvexo's institutional client base and lead our global commercial strategy.

This is a revenue-owning position. Your primary objective will be to originate relationships with HNWIs, family offices, funds, crypto companies, miners, market makers, trading firms and other professional digital-asset holders.

You will work directly with the leadership team and help build the institutional sales organization from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and own Arvexo's institutional sales pipeline.
• Originate crypto-backed lending opportunities.
• Develop relationships with family offices, funds, trading firms, miners, market makers and crypto businesses.
• Convert qualified prospects into funded loan relationships.
• Develop Arvexo's institutional go-to-market strategy.
• Establish relationships with brokers, introducers and strategic partners.
• Represent Arvexo at major crypto and institutional finance conferences.
• Recruit and eventually manage additional institutional sales professionals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, deal and revenue forecasts.
• Provide direct market feedback to management.
• Support future expansion into OTC and additional institutional products.

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years of institutional sales, capital markets, prime brokerage, private banking, digital assets or related experience.
• Existing network of institutional or HNW clients.
• Strong understanding of digital assets and crypto markets.
• Experience selling financial products to sophisticated clients.
• Demonstrable history of originating and closing significant transactions.
• Excellent relationship-management and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable operating in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

Experience at a crypto lender, exchange, OTC desk, prime broker, private bank, digital-asset custodian or institutional trading business is particularly attractive.

This is an opportunity to build the institutional commercial function of Arvexo rather than simply inherit an existing sales book
