Looking for a Head of Account Management / Head of KAM for an international FinTech / Crypto project.

💳The company is developing payment infrastructure for digital assets: on/off-ramps, crypto wallets, and cards. 2M+ users in 130+ countries, 2,100+ B2B partners, and $2.4B+ processed volume.

▶️We are looking for someone who can not just maintain relationships with key clients, but build a revenue growth system within the existing portfolio through the KAM team.

📌Must have:

• 6+ years in Account Management / KAM / BD
• experience specifically in FinTech / Payments / Crypto, crypto experience is mandatory
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• managing a team of 3+ KAMs
• experience in building KAM processes: segmentation, JBP/account plans, QBR, portfolio reviews
• strong commercial focus: upsell, cross-sell, growth of processing volume / Share of Wallet
• concrete results in growing revenue for the existing portfolio
• understanding of payment rails, merchant lifecycle, and processing economics
• Russian
• English from B2 level

🤝Conditions:

• location - any, except Russia
• B2B employment contract
• payment in crypto

❤️This is not a classic Head of Sales or Customer Success role focused solely on retention/NPS. We need specifically a Head of KAM who can grow key accounts and build a working system for this within the team.
