The company is a fast-growing startup developing payment infrastructure solutions in crypto and working with international clients across multiple markets, focusing on scalable financial products and seamless payment experiences.
About the Role
We are looking for a Head of KAM who will take ownership of the key account management function.
The main goal is to build a structured approach to client management, ensure revenue growth, retention, and long-term partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage key clients (merchants and partners).
- Drive growth of GMV and revenue across the client portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Find growth opportunities within the existing client base.
- Participate in launching new products and solutions for clients.
- Lead onboarding of new merchants end-to-end.
- Coordinate and support merchant integrations.
- Act as a key point of contact between departments (Financial, Compliance, Product Development).
- Ensure alignment and communication across all internal teams involved.
- Independently find and structure information without unnecessary escalations.
- Build and develop the KAM team.
- Set goals and monitor performance.
- Implement KPI systems and performance tracking.
- Establish and optimize client management processes.
- Ensure high-quality client service.
Requirements
- Experience in payments industry (PSP / acquiring / fintech).
- Experience as Head of KAM / Team Lead / Senior KAM.
- Experience managing teams.
- Strong understanding of payment products: acquiring, APM, payouts, processing.
- Experience with merchant onboarding and integrations.
- Experience working with international clients and multiple GEOs.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Russian - native.
- English - fluent.
