We are Boiler Lab, an international IT company in the AI, Crypto, and SaaS spheres. We have 15+ products for B2C and B2B, which are developed by various dedicated product teams. We create web, mobile, and desktop products for users from the USA, Europe, Canada, and other countries.
We are looking for a strong UX/UI designer for our in-house team who will become a general design resource: taking tasks from product teams and completing them from mockups to handover for development.
What you will be doing
- Designing the interfaces of our products from wireframes to final UI, building user scenarios, creating prototypes, preparing mockups for handover to developers
- Working on different products and maintaining consistency and neatness within each
- Taking tasks from different teams, clarifying requirements, prioritizing, and driving them to completion
- Conducting author's supervision and design reviews: comparing implementation with mockups, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the interface meets requirements
- Occasionally — communication and web design tasks. These are not frequent, but they happen
What is important to us
- 2–4 years in UI/UX
- A strong portfolio with interfaces (an emotional visual style will be a plus)
- Proficient in Figma: components, auto layout, a systematic approach to mockups
- High-quality handoff: the ability to assemble mockups so that they are perfectly clear to the developer
- Ability to work autonomously — understand the task, ask the right questions, and complete it without micromanagement
- Readiness to switch between products and manage multiple contexts
- Ability to hear feedback and work within product and business constraints
Will be a plus
- Experience with AI tools: neural networks, vibe coding, Claude Design, and similar — highly welcomed
- Experience in AI products
- Understanding of how frontend development works
- English at B2 level
