✅ Mandatory Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ABAP development, 3+ completed projects, participation in the full cycle with productive launch;
- Successful experience in a mixed ECC→S/4HANA landscape;
- Fluent in classic ABAP (old syntax), Dynpro, WebDynpro ABAP, FPM;
- Backend development for SAPUI5/Fiori;
- Experience in designing and developing CDS views, building and publishing OData/REST services, using BAPI/BADI/EXIT/Enhancement Framework, IDoc/ALE;
- Confident work with integrations: PI/PO, SAP Integration Suite/API Mgmt, Proxy/WebService, IDoc/ALE, REST/OData;
- Understanding of mixed patterns (sync/async, event-driven model, pub/sub), management of schemas/contracts;
- Deep understanding of performance and reliability: optimization of mass operations, indexing, buffering, working with locks and concurrency, data volume control and processing windows;
- Knowledge of the transport system and release processes: secure changes, transport strategy, retrofit between landscapes, participation in CAB, emergency change management;
- Practical experience in testing and quality: SIT/UAT/regression planning, risk-based testing, organization of performance and fault tolerance tests;
- Experience in organizing migrations and cutover: data approaches (including master data/MDG), reconciliation, rehearsal plan, readiness criteria, traceability of changes;
- Understanding of security and compliance: SoD/GRC, change audit, PII protection, storage and retention policies, key access and secret management;
- Confident debugging and reading others' code, deep knowledge of analysis tools (SQL Monitor/Trace, SAT/SE30, ST05, ST12), ability to prove feasibility and justification of solutions;

- RAP/ABAP RESTful experience (desirable);
- Professional certificates are welcome, SAP S/4HANA (development/integrations), retail experience.
- Experience managing multiple workflows;
- Developed communication skills for working with business stakeholders and IT;
- Partnership approach, ability to justify architectural trade-offs.
📝 Project Tasks
- Development and enhancement of functionality in ECC and S/4HANA: classic ABAP (old syntax), Dynpro, WebDynpro ABAP, FPM, as well as backend for SAPUI5/Fiori (including CDS, OData, RAP/ABAP RESTful), in compliance with corporate development standards;
- Design and implementation of integrations: IDoc/ALE, Proxy/WebService, PI/PO, Integration Suite/API Management, REST/OData, event-driven and hybrid (sync/async, pub/sub) patterns, integration contract management;
- Development and optimization of CDS views, transactions and reports, building OData services, BADI/EXIT/Enhancements of different generations, BAPI, exchange formats and mappings;
- Architectural design of solutions and integrations, selection of target architecture for ECC→S/4HANA transition, participation in forming the roadmap and retrofit strategy;
- Full-cycle development of RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) with quality and performance control;
- Management of end-to-end development processes: prioritization, decomposition, effort estimation, sprint/release train planning, customer interaction;
- Preparation and support of technical documentation
- Participation in testing: development of SIT/UAT/regression strategies, organization and conduct of SIT, UAT support, defect analysis, quality optimization;
- Ensuring observability and support: logging, tracing, alerting, recovery plan, reducing MTTR/increasing MTBF, technical operation and incident analysis;
