We are looking for a strong recruiter who knows how to find the best candidates, loves hunting, and wants to influence not only hiring but also the development of processes within the team.
What you will do: ▪️ Full recruitment cycle: from request to candidate's start ▪️ Closing complex and priority vacancies ▪️ Searching and hunting candidates via LinkedIn, Telegram, and other channels ▪️ Conducting interviews and supporting candidates at all stages ▪️ Analyzing the labor market and finding effective solutions for the business
