In MTS, they are looking for a Senior Product Manager for the CORE product line management team, who will take on the task of maintaining the competitiveness and development of the mass tariff line.
You will be responsible for the product lifecycle: from market analysis and identifying unique advantages to implementing ideas and working on monetization. The goal is to make the mass product noticeable and attractive to customers.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and updating the product strategy for the CORE tariff line;
- Seeking new growth points in the mass segment, launching new products and services;
- Monetizing the existing base;
- Analyzing and structuring the customer journey (CJM, onboarding);
- Forming the CORE line development roadmap, taking development into account.
Candidate expectations:
- Experience in product management, product creation and development, working with metrics;
- Experience in building and optimizing CJM;
- Skill in formulating hypotheses, arguing results, and creating technical specifications (BT);
- Understanding of product economics and ways to influence metrics;
- Ability for cross-functional interaction;
- Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, Miro, Jira, Confluence.
- Telecom experience is a plus.
