Traffic Manager (Middle) required for a crypto project

About the company Crypto exchange (b2c). The product is in beta, preparing for market entry in Canada (obtaining a license). Flat structure: you work directly with the Product Owner and in-house developer. No bureaucracy — delivery first.

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Sources: launch and scale X (Twitter), Brave, Google Ads, Meta, hidden traffic, and crypto networks. ▫️Grey Hat: deploy infrastructure (cloaking, anti-detect, proxies, farming, trusted payment gateways). ▫️Tests and analytics: continuous A/B tests, tracking setup (UTM, GTM), CPA, CPL, ROMI control.

▪️Who we are looking for ▫️3+ years in traffic management, with 1–2 years in the grey zone (Crypto / Web3 / Fintech). ▫️Ability to launch turnkey campaigns and work with an aggressive environment (bans).

▪️Conditions ▫️Payment: 2000 USDT fixed + bonus for target action (upon maintaining Target CPA). ▫️Resources: budget for spend and all consumables (software, accounts, infrastructure) are covered by us. ▫️Full remote, full-time. ▫️Sync with the team on GMT+3 (flexible start until 13:00).
