Head of Business Development (EdTech)

We are a startup launching an educational platform for children, featuring a goal-setting system where learners build their educational path (goals, tasks), plus learning materials, courses, testing, and gamification.

📊 What you will do: Goal: build a GTM strategy, launch a pilot, and scale FOE Online. Tasks: — Develop a GTM strategy: segments, positioning, channels, pricing, funnel — Manage unit P&L and budget — Together with the group's lawyers, prepare LLCs, agreements, and contracts with the Cyprus school by the end of 2026; — Assign tasks to the group's marketing agency and control SLAs — Conduct the pilot in Q1 2027 and prepare a scaling decision — Partner with schools, centers, and communities in the CIS and Cyprus — Coordinate with the FOE Cyprus school and the product team

📌 Your superpowers: — 5+ years in business development, product launches, or market entry, with 3+ years of P&L responsibility — Experience with GTM for a B2C service or EdTech in the CIS and EU — Understanding of unit economics, performance marketing, sales funnels — Experience building a team from scratch; — EU residency or work permit, willingness to travel to Cyprus
