A little about the team: we are looking for a product designer for the chat and CSI team in the Lifestyles division. There are 10 people in the product (product manager, developers, analyst). But in fact, we also have a strong design team, with whom you can and should exchange experience, share work, and participate in the overall development of the Domclick Design team. So your work will not be limited to just one product, and you will be able to try yourself in different projects and tasks.

Project features: the team helps to stay in touch with the client through a chat in the lower corner of the screen (you can see it on our website and try chatting). It works with satisfaction ratings and connects the Digital Assistant (about AI agents, that's us!).

What needs to be done:

— design the logic of the product and draw interfaces for different platforms (IOS, Android, Web);

— generate hypotheses for creating new functionality and improving existing ones;

— conduct design reviews;

— conduct corridor studies;

— work on the product in close conjunction with business, development, analytics, UX editor, and the design community.

From a successful candidate, we expect:

— a portfolio with implemented projects;

— a strong UI level, the ability to offer creative solutions, skills in emotional design;

— work experience of 4+ years in a similar position in a product company;

— experience with design systems;

— experience with web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android);

— the ability to create convenient, simple, and understandable interfaces and justify your decisions;

— a desire to directly influence product development;

— the ability to collect and analyze requirements for developed products, generate hypotheses, and test them with users.

It will be great if:

— the portfolio includes implemented projects that used emotional design principles;

— there was experience in creating animation and AI generation.
