The RGS Client Management Department is looking for an entry-level specialist with good Python skills.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring reliable management accounting for the department, preparing analytical materials on the period's results for management
- Preparing performance forecasts for all departmental KPIs
- Developing dashboards for visualizing key performance indicators
- Verifying employee motivation calculations within the department, communicating justification for motivational adjustments
- Administering client databases: re-segmentation and reassignment, quality control within the Bank's systems
- Analyzing and evaluating external data dynamics (e.g., Moscow budget, data from Mosstat and Rosstat).
- Participating in the analysis and approval of business planning models for the segment
- Automating routine tasks and reports, including with the help of AI.
What's important to us:
- Completed higher education, graduates, entry-level specialists with at least six months of experience
- Ability to dedicate 40 hours per week to work
- Experience working with large data volumes in Python
- Experience with driver-based planning models, fast and high-quality work in xls as an advanced user
- Experience developing simple AI agents/desire to delve into this area will be an advantage.
