We are currently expanding our team and looking for an Online Inquiries Specialist.

💬 What will you be doing?

• Your main task is to handle incoming online inquiries.
• During the workday, you will:
• Review new inquiries and determine what information the user needs.
• Find and select the necessary information in the work database according to the specific request.
• Correspond with users through the internal work platform.
• Update statuses and information on current inquiries.
• Record the result of processing each inquiry in the system.

You are a good fit if:

• you write grammatically and can express your thoughts clearly;
• you communicate with people calmly and politely;
• you are attentive to details;
• you are confident using a computer and the internet;

• you are ready to adhere to the work schedule.

Experience in support, sales, customer service, or recruitment will be a plus, but we are ready to consider candidates without experience.

💰 What do we offer?

Salary - from 95,000 RUB NET.

🏠 100% remote work — no office needed.

⏰ Part-time employment — 6–8 working hours per day.

📅 Schedule of your choice: 5/2, 2/2, or 3/3.

💳 Payments twice a month.

📄 Official employment — Labor Code of the Russian Federation or Civil Law Contract.
