Chief Financial Officer (hospitality complex) for WineWood Moscow wine estates

WineWood Moscow wine estates is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (hospitality complex).

A private hospitality complex in the center of Moscow: hotel, restaurant, event spaces, banqueting, and partner services.

Financial scale of the project:

Revenue of 200–300+ million ₽ per year, several business lines, multiple legal entities, monthly payment cycle of 15–25 million ₽+.

We are looking for a CFO who will strengthen the management financial function and help the owner make decisions based on an accurate financial picture.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining management reporting by business lines: hotel, restaurant, events, general expenses, investment projects
• Building P&L, cash flow, and payment calendar
• 13-week cash flow forecast
• Controlling expenses, payroll, cost of goods sold, contractors, CAPEX/OPEX
• Plan-vs-actual analysis of revenue and costs
• Financial modeling of development scenarios
• Analysis of profitability by business lines and projects
• Preparing reports, conclusions, and recommendations for the owner
• Liaising with accounting, legal departments, banks, and contractors
• Preparing financial materials for investors, partners, and strategic decisions

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer / Deputy CFO / Financial Controller
• Experience in management accounting and cash flow in a business with multiple lines
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Understanding of P&L, cash flow, unit economics, CAPEX/OPEX, debt service
• Ability to quickly assemble a financial picture even with incomplete data
• Ability to work directly with the owner and defend financial logic
• Experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, events, retail, real estate, or service business will be an advantage

In the first 30 days:

• Compile a management P&L by business lines
• Build a payment calendar and cash flow
• Separate fixed, variable, and managed expenses
• Prepare a financial map of the business for the owner
• Propose solutions to improve manageability, profitability, and cash flow

The company is not looking for a chief accountant – we need someone who sees the business through the lens of money, can calculate scenarios, ask uncomfortable questions, and turn numbers into management decisions.
