Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong experience and involvement in architectural decisions.
Project: microservice architecture, event-driven architecture, Golang, PostgreSQL
Responsibilities
- Creating and managing development processes: task assignment, sprint or workflow planning, implementation of effective practices;
- Organizing work in streams, DevOps and QA: optimizing interaction between teams, implementing CI/CD, monitoring and quality management;
- Architectural decisions: accepting solution architecture (ADR, service passports) from the architect, controlling implementation in code, escalating discrepancies;
- System architecture: participation in the design and development of services and interactions;
- Interaction with contractors: reporting, quality management, control of code style, API contracts, and SLAs compliance.
Requirements
- Commercial Go development experience of 5+ years;
- Team lead experience (from 6 months);
- Experience in designing service architecture;
- Experience conducting code reviews and technical mentoring;
- Experience developing and maintaining services with a load of 5000+ RPS or experience with big data (performance, reliability, criticality, observability).
