B2B Analytics Team Lead at Auto.ru
We are looking for an experienced lead who will take responsibility for developing B2B analytics at Auto.ru. You will manage a team of analysts, define strategic priorities, and ensure high-quality analytical work—from operational tasks to long-term initiatives.
Lead a team of 4 analysts You will organize the hiring process for new employees, build a system for the team's professional development, motivate, and retain key specialists.
Define and implement the B2B analytics strategy You will develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term plans for the development of the analytical direction, monitor the execution of strategic tasks, and adjust the course if necessary.
Manage the workflow You will maintain a task backlog, determine team priorities, and control deadlines and quality of task execution.
Act as a "player-coach" You will need to check and validate solutions proposed by employees, conduct code reviews, personally participate in solving the most complex tasks, or act as a mentor for the team.
Interact with stakeholders You will establish a productive dialogue with product managers, customer acquisition and retention managers, the PR team, and sales marketing. You will translate business tasks into specific analytical initiatives, jointly search with colleagues for optimal solutions for service development and meeting customer needs.
Coordinate work with other analytical teams You will establish effective interaction between departments, ensuring the exchange of knowledge and best practices.
Develop analytical infrastructure You will need to identify bottlenecks in current processes, maintain data consistency across various sources, and integrate new sources and products into the analytical reporting system.
Conduct comprehensive analysis You will study the customer base of Auto.ru and related B2B products, analyze the market situation and build forecasts, and perform product analytics for B2B services.
Prepare analytical materials Your tasks will include compiling summaries for interaction with the media and participation in conferences, as well as developing operational reporting and monitoring tools.
