Advertising Analytics Lead for Lavka
Yandex Lavka is a quick-commerce delivery service. Our product analytics team works on various processes within the Lavka app to improve both user experience and business economic performance.
Analytics Team Leadership You will act as a technical and functional lead for the direction: forming, developing, and strengthening the team, interacting with stakeholders from business, product, and development, building effective communication, and establishing a process for prioritizing and evaluating advertising projects.
Advertising Effectiveness Analytics You will analyze advertising campaigns, finding a balance between advertiser revenue and increased product sales for users. For non-standard formats (special projects), you will need to devise metrics to highlight the profitability of the offer for the advertiser and, after the campaign, determine how effective it was.
Optimizing Advertising Sales and Developing New Tools To fill unsold advertising inventory, we can offer advertisers discounts on placements. You will determine the optimal discount level to start an auction, attracting more advertisers and avoiding fraudsters looking for lucrative offers.
A/B Testing New Advertising Tools You will conduct experiments to evaluate new advertising placements within the app. You will also analyze how effectively ML algorithms work in these processes.
