- Audit and restructuring of creative processes
- Team management and development
- Building a system for production and testing of creatives
- Linking creatives to business metrics
- Development and implementation of a creative strategy
- Interaction with the media buying team
🔥****Our Expectations:
- Creative Director / Head of Creative experience of 2+ years
- Facebook Ads production experience of 2+ years
- 5+ years in performance marketing or arbitrage
- Experience in implementing AI into creative processes / building a creative "factory"
- Team management of 10+ people
- Ability to build and optimize processes
