• Audit and restructuring of creative processes
• Team management and development
• Building a system for production and testing of creatives
• Linking creatives to business metrics
• Development and implementation of a creative strategy
• Interaction with the media buying team

🔥****Our Expectations:

• Creative Director / Head of Creative experience of 2+ years
• Facebook Ads production experience of 2+ years
• 5+ years in performance marketing or arbitrage
• Experience in implementing AI into creative processes / building a creative "factory"
• Team management of 10+ people
• Ability to build and optimize processes
