We are TopTraff, a media buying team working with spend-heavy offers in the iGaming sphere, primarily in Tier-3 geos. One of our key projects is an in-house product that we are actively developing.

The team already has over 50 people: media buyers, technical specialists, and designers. The main focus now is scaling the direction, and that's why we are expanding the team.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead for the Facebook Direction.

Team Lead Responsibilities:

• Management and development of the Facebook team;
• Scaling current offers and searching for new ones;
• Setting up and optimizing processes within the team;
• Analyzing results and making strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Confirmed cases over the last 3 months (successful campaigns, scaling, working with creatives)
• Independent traffic launching is mandatory — we don't have team leads who don't launch themselves
• Experience with creatives: from setting requirements to analysis and scaling
• Skill in systematic scaling and optimization
