A media buying team of a licensed online broker operating in the market since 2020. We work with Tier-1 (UK, EU etc.), Eastern Europe, and the markets of Asia and LATAM.

We expect: 🟢Experience as a Team Lead Media Buying FB for 2+ years in Crypto / Finance / FinTech niches. 🟢Strong experience managing a team of Facebook buyers — from 4 people. 🟢Experience with caps, volume planning, and balancing traffic quality/quantity.

What you will be doing: ⚪️Manage a team of buyers: setting tasks, monitoring KPIs, conducting regular syncs and 1:1 meetings. ⚪️Monitor key metrics (spend, CPL, lead quality) and form plan/actual reports. ⚪️Analyze results, generate hypotheses, and control their testing and scaling. ⚪️Interact with the technical department, design, and farm team to ensure stable operation. ⚪️Develop the direction: search for new channels, approaches, and growth opportunities.
