The Bardovyy Kot club is looking for a creative, responsible, and role-playing game enthusiast Game Master who can run exciting sessions for Dungeons & Dragons and other RPG systems, for players of various experience levels and ages.
Priority will be given to candidates willing to work full-time, 120-180 working hours per month.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting game sessions for D&D 5e and other RPG systems (one-shots, campaigns, original stories, open tables, masterclasses)
- Preparing plots, locations, terrain, and NPCs (using the club's ready-made modules and original developments)
- Teaching beginners the rules of the game and character creation
- Maintaining player atmosphere and engagement
- Ability to role-play various characters, creating an atmosphere appropriate to the situation
- Interacting with club administration regarding schedules and game organization
Requirements:
- Experience as an RPG player or Game Master (D&D 5e is a priority, other systems will be considered individually)
- Mandatory understanding of the rules (e.g., for the D&D setting - Player's Handbook/Dungeon Master's Guide 2024)
- Ability and genuine desire to communicate with people, immerse the group in your narrative, be a guide through a world of imagination and freedom
- Willingness to learn the rules of different RPG systems, write plots, adapt stories to the group by identifying players' meta-requests
- Desire to develop in RPGs, create memorable stories, be a creator of unique plot twists

- Storytelling and improvisation skills
