We are Rooh Co., a dynamic team creating mobile and web applications in the Lifestyle, Health, and Utilities niches. Our products help users solve everyday tasks, inspire them, and simplify their lives.
We are focused on the global market with an emphasis on the USA and strive to create innovative solutions using modern technologies and a data-driven approach.
We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager for our Lifestyle vertical, who will work with marketing funnels, creatives, research, and the launch of new products and tests.
What will you do?
1. Working with marketing funnels and onboarding
- Research current funnels and identify opportunities for improvement;
- Study the best solutions within our products;
- Propose structures and options for new onboarding / web funnels for a given direction;
- After approval, bring the selected solutions to implementation together with a designer.
2. Competitor & market research
- Analyze competitors and their marketing approaches;
- Study interesting onboarding, paywall, creative, and product mechanics;
- Structure research and provide not just references, but also conclusions and ideas that can be tested in our products.
3. Creative research & creative operations
- Find new creative concepts, hooks, visual approaches, and references;
- Assist with copy for advertising creatives;
- Gradually get involved in the initial review of creative packs and provide basic feedback;
- Oversee creative packs until the final result.
4. Working with designers
- Prepare and assign some tasks to designers;
- Oversee tasks during the implementation process;
- Provide interim feedback within the agreed direction;
- Collect the final version and hand it over to the manager for final approval.
5. Creative management and operational tasks
- Weekly record prepared and launched creatives;
- Monitor task and material statuses;
- Take on some regular marketing operational tasks.
6. Support for new products and tests
- Quickly get involved in new Lifestyle directions;
- Assist with research, funnels, creatives, and preparation for new tests;
- Over time, independently bring small approved tasks from research and idea to completion.
What we expect from you?
- Marketing experience of at least 1 year: product, agency, startup, or other digital area. Experience specifically in mobile apps is not required.
- Good visual awareness and an understanding of what looks modern, high-quality, and clear to the user.
- Ability to work in Figma: navigate mockups and flows, leave comments, make simple changes, work with text and images.
- Ability to independently conduct research, structure information, and formulate conclusions.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and key metrics: CTR, CPA, CR, etc.
- Ability to quickly immerse yourself in new products, markets, and processes.
- Initiative: readiness to propose several solution options, not just follow instructions literally.
- Independence in task execution: ability to move forward without detailed instructions for each next step.
- Structure, organization, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to calmly accept feedback, work with iterations, and apply received comments in subsequent tasks.
- English language proficiency of at least B1+: it is important to confidently read materials and interfaces in English, conduct competitor/reference research, and work with short English marketing texts.
It will be a huge plus:
- Experience in mobile apps / web2app / product marketing;
- Understanding of onboarding, paywalls, and user funnels;
- Experience working with advertising creatives and/or UA team;
- Experience in assigning and managing tasks for designers;
- Basic experience with marketing or product analytics;
- Experience working with Notion / Trello;
- Interest in product metrics, experiments, and finding new growth points.
We don't expect you to know everything already. What's much more important to us is learning speed, curiosity, initiative, good visual awareness, and the desire to understand why some marketing solutions work better than others.
In this role, you can gradually transition from executing individual tasks to independently working with marketing hypotheses, funnels, and small directions, and grow into a Marketing Manager.
