Responsibilities
- gathering, writing, and implementing business requirements
- developing AI agents
- conducting experiments, prototyping models, developing algorithms and technologies
- preparing reports on conducted experiments
- training models and conducting testing of algorithms and technologies
- performing data analysis
- designing metrics
- researching and generating hypotheses in the field of AI.
Requirements
- knowledge of ITSM process fundamentals and automation tools
- knowledge and experience with relational DBMS, knowledge of DDL and DML SQL constructs
- experience developing database design models and diagrams
- experience designing solutions using Kafka, gRPC, REST
- experience participating in the development of AI agents
- knowledge of ML model lifecycle stages
- experience developing multi-agent systems based on LLMs
- knowledge of risks and security threats when using AI solutions.
