The VkusVill team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with similar values, who is ready to take on the development of recommendation systems, improve their quality and impact on business metrics.
What you will do:
- Develop and maintain the strategy for the development of recommendation systems in the VkusVill ecosystem (online and offline).
- Grow the KPI of recommendation effectiveness (ARPU, AMPU, conversions, average check, etc.).
- Manage the roadmap and prioritize the backlog based on business goals and data.
- Work closely with ML/DS, development, analytics, and marketing teams.
- Launch A/B tests, analyze results, and improve algorithms.
- Implement personalized mechanics in the mobile app and on the website.
- Monitor trends in AI/ML and recommendation systems, apply best practices.
Ideal candidate:
- Has 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in IT/tech, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or foodtech.
- Has experience with recommendation systems, personalization, or data science.
- Possesses a deep understanding of product analytics and A/B testing.
- Knows how to work with metrics, formulate and test hypotheses.
- Knows the basics of ML, understands the principles of recommendation algorithms.
- Has managed cross-functional teams and interacted with developers.
- Possesses personal qualities such as: proactivity, systemic thinking, ability to bring tasks to completion.
Will be a plus:
- SQL and Python skills for independent data analysis.
- Programming or DS experience.
