Japan Tobacco International is looking for a Director of People&Culture Business Partnering Team.
Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with business teams to improve results through organizational design, talent management, leader and culture development;
- Provide input for the People&Culture strategy based on business insights, metrics, and market benchmarks;
- Implement People&Culture initiatives and provide operational support to the business in accordance with high standards, ethics, and principles of equality;
- Effectively interact with the People&Culture function and the Talent Acquisition team to achieve common goals;
- Propose solutions for optimizing People&Culture budget allocation;
- Lead the team: form the team, assign responsibilities, develop talents, and support employee career growth.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English;
- Extensive experience in People&Culture (including Business Partnership and other sub-functions) with a proven track record of success;
- International experience and/or experience working in various company divisions (will be an advantage);
- Possess leadership qualities;
- Exhibit high ethical standards and sound judgment;
- Apply systemic thinking and a structured approach.
