Head of HR Department (HRD)

⚽️ For a sports holding company (management company + "Rodina" Football Club)

Requirements: — At least 5 years of experience as HRD, Head of HR Department, or Head of HR; — Experience in building an HR function from scratch; — Experience in FMCG, Big 4, or sports industry companies (combination will be an advantage); — Deep understanding of organizational design and organizational structure development; — Expertise in developing motivation systems, KPIs, grading, and C&B; — Experience in implementing HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, appraisal, training; — Ability to work with HR analytics, metrics, and budgeting; — Capacity for strategic thinking while simultaneously diving into operational tasks; — High level of autonomy and responsibility for results; — Experience in team management and building an HR function from scratch; — English language — B2 level or higher.
