Head of Design Department for a manufacturing and design company.
🔷 Key Task:
Organization and management of design and engineering work aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing development time and costs. Effective task distribution, setting clear deadlines, and monitoring their completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Distribution of tasks, setting realistic deadlines, and monitoring their completion using modern tools (Bitrix24)
- Management of design and engineering work, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing deadlines, and optimizing costs
- Team development, creation and implementation of an effective motivation system for designers
- Production support, site supervision
Additional Information:
Number of design engineers reporting to the position: 10 to 12 people.
🔷 Mandatory Requirements:
- Higher technical education
- At least 3 years of experience in a lighting engineering company, in accordance with the responsibilities listed above
- Experience with lighting products
- Experience in developing design documentation
- Knowledge of SolidWorks
🔷 Working Conditions:
- Workplace: Moscow Oblast, Serpukhov, ul. Bazovaya
- Work Schedule: 5/2 from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation
- Salary: 200,000 rubles.
