Product UX/UI Designer for a cleaning company: development of a website and mobile application, design systems, interaction with developers and business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the website and mobile application: from minor interface improvements to major architectural changes
- Interact with developers and business: justify decisions, constructively discuss tasks, and jointly find optimal solutions
- Develop a design system, ensuring interface consistency
- Design user flows and participate in the formation of application business logic
- Identify growth areas, test hypotheses, and implement the best solutions based on user experience
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Experience in long-term support and development of a single product, not a series of one-off projects
- Deep understanding of processes
- Willingness to take responsibility for results, independently manage tasks, and influence the product
- Excellent Figma skills
- Up-to-date portfolio required
