🔥Position: Chatbot Developer-Linguist 💻Format: Remote 💰Salary: up to 245k, before tax

Role Requirements:

∙ Understanding of chatbot principles and automation of customer interaction. ∙ Experience with analytical tools and ability to interpret data. ∙ Attention to detail and ability to multitask. ∙ Creativity and proactive approach to problem-solving. ∙ Ability to analyze and systematize information. ∙ Mandatory experience in JavaScript development, experience with the JAICP platform. ∙ Ability to design, populate, and maintain Knowledge Bases in JAICP. ∙ Practical experience implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). ∙ NLU model configuration, including working with intents, entities, and expanding training datasets to improve speech and text recognition accuracy.

Role Tasks:

• Develop dialogue scripts: prepare dialogue replicas, create scripts in a visual intuitive constructor.
• Analyze dialogues, identify errors and areas for growth, form tasks for refinement.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
• Optimize chatbot responses — suggest your own options for improving responses and scenarios.

Key Competencies:
