Work format: remote Location: Russian Federation / Belarus / Kazakhstan Employment: full-time Salary: from 240,000 to 320,000

🚀 Project: • Transition from the old version of the JAICP 1.8.5 platform from Just AI to the new JAICP 2025.1 • Implementation of a modern approach with AI agents to increase the level of automation • Chatbot automation growth from 42% to 60% in Q4 2026, to 70% in 2027 • Migration of 100% of chatbot scenarios to the new platform • At least 50% of scenarios are created using low-code / no-code tools • Use of AI tools in 50%+ scenarios, including RAG on a knowledge base

✨ Tasks: • Development and support of dialog scripts • Preparation of replicas and design of scenarios in the JAICP visual constructor • Analysis of dialogues, identification of errors and areas for growth • Formation of tasks for scenario refinement • Evaluation of the effectiveness of implemented changes • Optimization of chatbot responses and improvement of user scenarios • Development of scenarios using AI / RAG / NLU

📌 Requirements: • Understanding of the principles of chatbots and automation of client interaction • Experience with analytical tools and data interpretation • Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking mode • Creativity and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Skills in analyzing and systematizing information • Mandatory experience in developing with JavaScript • Practical experience with the JAICP platform • Ability to design, populate, and maintain a Knowledge Base in JAICP • Practical experience in implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • Experience in configuring NLU models: intents, entities, expansion of training datasets • Improvement of speech and text recognition accuracy

➕ Will be an advantage: • Experience with AI agents and LLM integrations • Skills in working with low-code / no-code platforms • Understanding of chatbot and customer service effectiveness metrics • Experience in optimizing CX / UX of dialog scenarios
