1. Planning what research the product needs now and in the future (creating a research roadmap).
2. Organizing and conducting interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research.
3. Analyzing the collected data, finding insights, and presenting them clearly to the team.
4. Creating user personas, use cases, and user journey maps.
5. Recruiting suitable respondents for research.
